After nearly 30 years of working as a chef in quality establishments across the North East of Scotland, I always wanted to know that I was achieving my GP% targets and with the services of an independent stocktaker I was able to keep an eye on our GP% on both food and liquor sales.

So with this in mind I set up WLM STOCK AUDITING SERVICES in 2008 offering stocktaking and a range of other services to the licensed trade in the area.
